Thanks for tagging me. I enjoyed doing the post, but did have a hard time narrowing. I am going to search your site for good sweet potato recipes. What is your favorite? I just tried slicing, tossing with olive oil and pepper and bake for 30 minutes and they were great. I think you know something that I don't about these taters... I am anxious to use the other sweetie that I have in my kitchen to make something great!!
