Great to hear how things have gone for you and Josie. I did the same with my girls, cooking and freezing those purees! I had sort of forgotten about it. Stick to your guns - it is harder omce they are exposed to the wider world at school (and now university for the elder!) but I have tried never to waiver from my original path in what I give them to eat. They both love their food and are now learning to cook. Re personality traits, I am convinced the rudiments are set from day one!

:) obsess all you need and like, this is fun.
And thank your mother for reminding me that now that both my boys are either having a baby or planning one, I'll soon be coming into my time!
I went through a very 'radical' cooking time when our boys were under 6 years and they ate healthy. Then they went to school and I had to get a little real. Never did make mince meat from scratch. Now I know no one who eats so healthy!

You are right--Mom laughed out loud thinking about "payback". Right now Josie is asserting her independence with her spoon. Before too much longer you will be hearing "Josie do it! Josie do it!" and you will get to try to outsmart her. It was fun for me, and knowing that you love a challenge, I am quite sure it will be fun for you. Your Dad and I will enjoy the show.

Luv U,
Mom
