Even though I'm Canadian and our Thanksgiving's in October, I got wished Happy Thanksgiving so many times yesterday by well-intentioned Irish folk that I was craving a turkey dinner in a big way by the end of the day - not long now till the Christmas feast! :) The cornbread dressing looks wonderful - hope you enjoyed! I'm going to have to learn how to do it. My mom has never done it for our family and my greataunt is the one who always does it. She wasn't here this year and so my dad's sister made it.
