I am a retired teacher. Lately I am feeling degregationproblems with my memory and I am concerned about it. I was considering memory practice, or omega3 fish oil capsuls. What is the best option?

This sounds delish! I don't like the reheated fish taste either and I have to be in a mood to make fish cakes. Thanks for the salad suggestion and recipe.

That looks great...right up my alley. Salmon is also fantastic in a simple ceasar salad or mixed into a mediterranean-style salad with chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, feta, red onion, lemon, parsley and olive oil.

This looks yummy and perfect for our still hot weather! I've been wanting to do something with salmon and may have to try this or salmon burgers. Have you ever done those?
