I love salads, but since I've been away from the easy access cafeteria salad bar (where I had salads EVERYDAY) it's been harder for me to get those salads. Spinach, peppers, goat cheese (I'd probably use feta), and pecans are all things I LOVE and would tempt me at lunch. I'll have to try this! THis looks SOOOO good.
