I was in Jackson and between Grandmother, MF and Aunt Prissy there were 3 very different renditions of this peach treat. Mine came out with a great crust, a very liquid peachy, jellooee, APRICOT JAM thing and some very good peaches. oh yeah and the cool whip. tasted pretty good but we could have used some straws...the deck looks fabulous. Also, my mom grew up with your Aunt Prissy and was good friends with her. BTW, I love your weekly menus. My mom uses that, and I'm sure I will too when I have someone other than myself to cook for!
