Being from the midwest, good crab cakes are a rare experience for me. Actually my favorite way to enjoy them is with sliced avocado and some chipotle flavored creme fraiche or sour cream. So good! I'm no fan of mayo my own self, but you can get away with using a small amount. I'll bet she won't even taste it.
