I have never made ribs, despite the fact that I love to eat them. But I make salads everyday ... and this one sounds delish. Did you see Constant Gardner? We went to see it in the theater and there was an earthquake during the most pivotal, climactic scene possible.... never could figure out what was going on after that (guess I'll have to rent it!)

Yum - love goat cheese in salad. Your combination of flavors sounds divine.

By the way...would a salad with sheep feta be a Brokeback Salad? ;-)

Your comments about ribs, eating them, cooking them, enjoying them sounds exactly like me . . . so I read the recipe and it sounds delicious and easy . . . so I will try it. The salad sounds great too. Just heard about your blog on the Contessa website. Thx!
