Her shows and cookbooks are informative and practical, without being boring. Her food has just the right touch of sophisticatin ... much like this incredible dish you've prepared.

It's lovely! I wish you could send me some as we are in the midst of some nasty-cold Canadian winter weather. Wonderful post about French food!</description>
